Artist Notes: Some photos just look fantastic in artistic Black and White. These Chicago scenes lend themselves to the tonal contrast of shapes, shadow and light that Black & White Photography provides. The subject matter varies in this Collection, but usually Architecture features prominently. Most of the pictures here are only available in Black and White; but there are some in this Collection that also appear in Color elsewhere on this site. I couldn't help it: They looked great in Color and in Black & White, so I offer you the choice to appreciate.
